Service at Muzi is great. There is always an explanation for what ever needs to be done. They don't pressure you and give you time to think about what is being recommended. The new video of them working on the car is wonderful.
Just leased a new Chevy Bolt EV from Muzi. I actually enjoyed the experience. Rob Roderick was my salesperson and he was great. He knows everything about these cars and was a fantastic resource for learning about the Bolt. He was very up front and responsive to all my questions and concerns, and I greatly appreciated that. I live in Quincy and had a choice between my local Chevy dealer and Muzi, and I drove out of my way to choose Muzi, mostly because of my sales experience with Rob. Thanks, guys.
I bought my 2016 Chevy Sonic in July 2016. I had a great team to work with. I have just had my car serviced and the time was really short. Usually when I scheduled dealer service from other places I always had more than 2 hour wait time. Muzi gets the job done in half that time. Usually I only have to wait 40-50 minutes for routine service. I have had no problems with my car or the staff at Muzi. They are very considerate of our time as well as getting everything done on time. I won't go anywhere else when it's time for a new ride. Outstanding people work there.

They are pleasant and not pushy. They will help you get into a car you want. They worked with me unlike quirk Chevrolet of braintree. Those guys are vultures at quirk. Muzi is the exact opposite. I would strongly recommend going down and talking to anyone there.
