I got a very good car at a very low price, much cheaper than at any other rental. The service too was exceptional. I highly recommend this place.
Talked to the manager, whose name is Amanda, who is very professional and supportive in investigating the issue. After her responsible investigation, it was a wrong communication about the extra premium service. She refunded us the fuel charge right away because we did re-fill the tank and refunded the rest after she investigated both our side and her employee. As a result, I changed my previous rating to 4 star. Great customer service!
A day rental, which is 37 dollars for the rental, however, they charged us 70 dollars extra. Will definitely argue about this and update!
Helpful, friendly service. Car ready when I arrived and on the road quickly. Liked the night drop option to return the car late evening. Gas station just down the street to fill up before returning.
Easy location for Newton-Needham area, friendly staff and easy process. I had never rented a car before and had a lot of questions about how it worked and whether I could use my debit card. They made it fairly seamless and I'm glad I got the insurance they recommended. The longer I had the car the more I realized I would have been too nervous to have any fun on my trip if I hadn't purchased it.
