The best experience at a jeweler I have ever had! I went to Segaloff's today for the first time because the reviews were so great. I had my Grandmother's engagement ring and wedding band which had been soldered together and I wanted them "unsoldered." I walked in, was helped immediately and the job was done that day, beautiful, reasonably priced etc. Great experience, great people! Don't look anywhere else!
On Friday, my daughter's stand of pearls broke. She planned to wear the pearls for a special occasion that Saturday. I brought the pearls to Segaloff's on Friday morning desperate for help. Segaloff's was able to restring the pearls on-site, individually knotting the pearls, and I picked them back up the very same day. Fantastic customer service and quality workmanship!
Great service. Stopped for watch battery replacement. Did it on the spot and charged me 1/2 what another jewelry place did when I replaced the same battery 2 years ago.
