This is my wife's and my go-to place for a brisk off-road walk and a breath of fresh air. It's very popular but big enough that it never feels crowded. Dog-walking is allowed and sometimes it seems there are more dogs than people! The beautiful lake scenery completes the package.
Love this park. You can hike, ride or bike more than 3 and a half miles to the other side, for a 7 plus mile trip.
A great place to walk and even though you are at times close to the highway it can feel as though you are away from everything.

Very nice to walk! You'll see many people with their dogs. Some parts are not easy if you are in you bike but you will enjoy it. Parking is always enough because is not very crowded and it's free!
Cutler Reservation is one of my favorite places to run. Once every week or two I run there on the Blue Heron trail. It is scenic and serene. The trail is sometimes on the rustic side with many roots and rocks.
Remember to keep walking last the end of the circular path around the lake to experience a great boardwalk.
